This beautiful house has always been in the family’s ownership and was once used as a stable and barn. In 2005, it was masterfully renovated, fully respecting the harmony of the environment and rural architecture. The renovation preserved the charm and character of traditional homes, while enhancing the space for relaxation and maintaining the property’s rustic appeal.
Located in a picturesque and secluded district of Borgo San Lorenzo in the town of Loro Piceno, the property sits in the hills of the Macerata area at an elevation of 400 meters. It is about 30 km from the Adriatic Sea and 20 km from the Sibillini Mountains National Park.
The house is nestled within the lush greenery of a beautiful vineyard owned by the Saputi family, from which we produce exquisite organic wines. It is also surrounded by a garden with olive trees and offers ample parking space.

Structure
The villa offers not only aesthetic appeal and comfort but also peace, tranquility, and stunning views. You can relax comfortably while reading a book, or enjoy a meal in a spacious, air-conditioned veranda, taking in and listening to the serene landscape that stretches from the sea, through the hills dotted with medieval villages, to the blue mountains in the distance.
Inside, the property is spread across two floors, each covering 150 square meters. On the ground floor, you'll find the living area, which includes a kitchen, living room, bar, and an 80-square-meter air-conditioned wooden veranda.
The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, with five double bedrooms featuring wrought-iron beds and rustic furniture. Each bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom, complete with a shower, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath.
Bedrooms
The five rooms can be used as single, double, or triple accommodations. They offer views of the surrounding countryside, including vistas of the sea, picturesque hills, and the Sibillini Mountains. Each room is equipped with a TV, heating, and a private bathroom.
The rooms provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere with beamed wooden ceilings, reflecting the tradition of rural living.
Pool
In front of the building, accessible from the veranda, is a large swimming pool (14 x 5 m).
Designed with safety and supervision in mind, it allows for a relaxing swim in a spa area with a depth of 140 cm, while also providing a separate, smaller pool exclusively for children. This setup ensures you can enjoy your swim and relaxation while keeping an eye on the kids as they have fun in their designated area.
